You are eligible for an exchange if:

You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product
The size, variation, pack, or item does not match your order
You report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product

To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange

Pre-order and special imported items can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.
