Once an order is shipped or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our Return or Exchange Policy instead.

💳 Prepaid Order Cancellation

If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:

A full refund will be issued
Refunds are processed through your original payment method (bKash / Nagad / Card)
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation
COD orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch without any charge
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future COD eligibility to maintain service quality
📦 Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require advance confirmation and supplier processing.

Cancellation is allowed only before supplier confirmation
Once confirmed or shipped from supplier, cancellation is not possible unless the item is delayed or unavailable
🏢 Company Rights

NoyaShop reserves the right to cancel any order if:

The product is out of stock or unavailable
Payment verification fails
Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
Delivery address is incorrect or unreachable

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
